OUR BEGINNING
A business born by two hardworking guys back in 2003, with a family history of working in the bakery industry the idea was conceived around the cobbled streets of Shad Thames, London SE1, developing to establish strong business foundations supplying the towns and villages of the home counties, only later due to demand returning to London to deliver on a nightly basis to cafes, hotels and resturants. We have a broad spectrum of customers from large international hotels down to local gourmet delicatessens.
